Metal gear solid ground zero ?

There so many complicated information about this game , I just have one question : is this full game , or just couple hour to finish it ? Because the game price is about 30$ ???

It's a separate game (which serves as an introduction/prelude chapter of sorts) from The Phantom Pain.
