I never played Marvel Nemesis so this is going to be biased, but get Tekken you won't regret it.

TEKKEN FOR SURE BRO!

it has an awsome mode where u can fight and get various belt tittles not to mention a cusomizable option for all characters clothings!

Tekken DR is better than Marvel Nemesis if you're looking for a real beat 'em up for the PSP
