Is there a place that takes broken systems still under warranty and gives you a new one for a small fee?

I have a broken ps4 still under warranty. I was wounding if there is a place that will take my broken ps4 and give me a new ps4 or refirbished one and they send mine off to get repaired for a small fee. I would think this would be a good business idea because consoles break all the time and gamers somethimes dont want to wait the 3 weeks to get their console back and would pay for another company to do the waiting. Anyone know of such a place?
