is there a metal gear solid hd collectors edition?

Im not one to jump on rumor trains but iv seen several sites claiming that there is one with a tin case that includes MGS4 and a code for the original nes version can anyone tell me if this is fake?

It's an ultimate edition that includes MGS4 aswell as an MGS1 code to download from PSN. The NES Metal Gear games will be included in all versions as they come with MGS3.Qwark-PS-Snake
