I purchased God of War 2, it's sitting in my 'to be played 'stack of games. I'm pondering a purchase of a PS3 and I was wondering if it looked better on the PS3 if I have a HiDef TV? Is it worth waiting to play on a PS3?

yes it looks great. make sure you turn on game upscaling and ps2 smoother on in your game options from your xmb first though it makes a HUGE difference.

Nice. Does it only upscale to 1080p, or will it do 1080i as well?

ya but honestly I donot understand why there is screen tearing in the game. This game is suppose to have super high production values.

it upscales to everything up to 1080p so if you are displaying 720p or 1080i it will upscale it to that

Good deal. I have an older system, and it supports HDMI, but it only puts out 1080i.
