Id say Haze! I have high hopes for it, I hope it doesn't end up dissapointing. Could be an awesome story, unique multiplayer features should prove interesting.. (weapon steal, playing dead, nectar highs)...
cod 4. is game of the year. no doubt. what game is on time. and runs 60 frames per second. theres only one cod4 case closed. oh, and iw is the best gamers devs. who fix problems asap, unlike ubisoft and the rest of fps game devs.

I'd go with Killzone 2 looks more appealing to me, graphics wise (AMAZING!), gameplay should be interesting (not like traditional shooters) and has an engaging storyline.
CoD4 is multiplat and there have already been rumours that the PS3 version doesnt run as smoothly as its siblings. Though the multiplayer action should be intense (from what i've seen) and the storyline seems pretty mediocre.
Haze is exclusive and looks great, but to me the knives (with necter) seem kinda sketchy.
Wow tough call, I will be buying all three. But right now it has to be COD 4 just because Killzone wont be out til next year, and Haze is still unproven. I played the COD 4 demo on my PC and it is ABSOLUTLY INCREDIBLE :shock:
I'm not going to lie. I can't tell choose between Killzone 2 and CoD4. haze isn't even on the radar for me. I'm sorry. Its good, but these two games are in a different league.
omgosh as if people are saying call of duty 4 ... boring story line ... same old rubbish gameplay .. same old cant finish single player cause its the same thing over and over... at least killzone and haze try 2 do things different. not churn out same ol garbage i bet cod will be like call of duty 3 and 2..ie capture this building..shoot through these guys...nextlevel (repeat of the last but with different environment) add some gimmicky gameplay for good measure and walla a genuine call of duty game

Wow I didn't know what haze was but you convince me took look it up. But I was thinking COD4 if you want realizism and Killzone for fictional. But I thinking all three now.
Killzone my fine friend, Call of Duty comes after that.....haze looks, well lemmie put it a different way, Haze doesn't look like anything new. To be honest I was hopeing for a lot more, but it really looks generic and bland, the animations don't seem to work very fluidly, the weapons steal and when you sever thier lines or whatever seem off to me. I really hope it is good but I don't see it being AAA. Killzone at least is something very unique in what they are trying to do with outstanding graphics and (if the first is any indication) a very good story line, especially in a first person shooter. The game mechanics seem to be comming together fantastically, so here's hopeing. And Call of Duty is an on and off want/meh to me. I feel like its the same thing but modernized and nothing I have seen yet looks really promising, well the multiplayer looks interesting, but I don'y know, there is something to be said for fun and simple like TF2. I say Killzone looks to be the best of the bunch, but we have a while to go, so lets settle on CoD4 eh?

I think your choice is really between Haze and COD4. If you really prefer COD4, then buy it this year. By the time Killzone 2 comes out next year, you will probably have the money to purchase it.
Killzone 2, probably one of the most anticipated game for the PS3 owners, unbelievable visuals and gameplay and the criticism coming so far is positive. Haze looks worth checking out, but all we can do is see what kind of response we get from people. COD4 is great and all butfor some reason it doesnt appeal to me.
I tried the COD4 beta on the 360 and I hated it. Its like making Socom a fast paced FPS and it just doesnt mix well for me. Killzone II is my def number one, seems to have the graphics and gameplay for a great FPS. Haze is creative but I am not sure if i can buy into more FPS franchises. Killzone and Resistance are enough on that front for me.
Well this year i'm not looking at shooters cuz i'm tired of 'em, been having bad or none lately on the ps3, but acome next year, Killzone 2 will be on my shelf with all the other good games i'll be buying, but did you see the video? it looks insane, and I doubt the devs will be foolish enough to mess up the gameplay and storyline, cuz this could be the killer app that we PS3 owners have been waiting for.
