While playing around with your PlayStation Portable, have you ever accidentally (or purposely) dropped it on the ground?

I always drop mine on a hard surface normally the floor, suprised it's still working, there's a couple scratches but not on the screen so I'm lucky.

Nope too date i never have dropped my psp, i dont have the cash to needlessly repair or replace the unit if it was damaged so i try to be alittle careful.

Yeah, I have many times, but really just on the carpet and my bed. I try to be careful with it, but for some reason I'm just clumsy with handhelds, and I have dropped every single one I own more than a dozen times each.

Never leaves my house and if it does its for yardword while its in my pocket. There isn't a chance to drop it as I am very careful with my electronics.

I dropped mine a few times.. but only ONE put a cink in the top right corner right on the side of the R shoulder button and every since.. I cant stand to look at the top of it anymore... NO serious damage.. still plays like new.. but I'm getting the psp brite, so who cares, and THAT psp.. if I ever drop it and inflict damage.. that will seriously get me angry.. I'm tired of looking at that same damage

I'll tell you what the white PSP strap that used to come with the handheld has saved mine at least 4 - 5 times. Its a relief when you drop it but there it stays dangling from the wrist. I recommend it to those who drop there PSP a lot

Usually drop mines at the worst moments:lol: When I hook my psp up to the computer to download some things on it I always manage to bump into the usb cord causing my psp to come hurling down to the ground:o. Funny thing is my psp isn't damaged in anyway.

I have a couple of times and the crap thing was it did not only scratch the back.

But it cracked the memory card inside the psp.

The psp was fine i just had to grab a new memory card which was a pain in the but.

I dropped my PSP while doing 80mph on my motorcycle. I picked all the pieces up and to my surprise it still turned on!

............

Just kidding. ;]

It smashed into a few hundred piece and was dead as can be. It's a very solid device though as I've accidentally dropped it a few times onto hard surfaces and it would still work flawlessly, but dropping it onto the highway at that speed really did finish it off this time.
