I want Klonoa 3 but I want it made like the first game rather than the second. The second had too many story bits that got in the way. Naturally it would have to retain the 2.5D gameplay.Â
Also, I would love for Sega to renew one of the Saturns early masterpieces for the PS3 or 360, Clockwork Knight! That was the game that introduced 2.5D gameplay and it was the first game I bought for my beloved Saturn back in May 1995 (the day before my JP Saturn arrived) How about a new Panzer Dragoon or sequel to Azel Panzer Dragoon RPG while we are at it? Orta is one of the only games that me glad I owned an xbox (well that and the awesome emulators :D)

I think they should leave the series dead. And instead make new franchises based on them so no one has expectations and they do not have to limit themselves. This way they are succesors to the franchises and are generally much better. (Supreme Commander - total Annihilation Anyone)
