What are you guys going to do with your old psp's if you decide to buy the new PSV?

Keep it of course, or maybe not. Gamestop might do a price reduction if you trade in your old PSP for the PSV but my PSP is like one of the first ones that came out and is old and my baby :( Has a big crack in it (top right side--not to bad actually). So I can't say for sure, yet. Depends...
When I buy my PSV I will Keep my PSP. I still have my PS1 and PS2 even though I have PS3.
I have a phat and slim for all of Sony videogame machines. The same will happen with PSV
I'm keeping my PSPs
keep it. i like my psp even though it had limited use, but it was fun. plus i like to keep my sony console so i can say that i have all of the playstation systems haha. :P
Definitely plan on keeping it. I'll probably still use it when I want to play my older PSP games... Aside from that, I have the Blue Madden PSP, don't want to give that up.

mY Beuty will not be sold, it will be a collectors item for me when the PSV debuts.

It is beautiful
HNNNNG the white one is beautiful~So sad I lost my fat, white one. The again I broke the screen on that one and the replacement had two render modes going at the same time lolololol.
I have the final fantasy edition, still with all its boxes and packaging etc, about 50 games scattered around the house (as each of my 3 children have their own PSP's) and about 20 UMD movies! I won't be selling, too much money invested in it. Will deffo be getting a PSV at some point but not as soon as it launches, not after what happened to the price of the 3DS(not that I bought one of them)!
I've already traded mine in! Gave any of the games they wanted to the kids and traded the rest in. Got a couple of hundred quid towards the Vita sitting on a store card :D:D
I forgot how nice the white ones look. :P I have the normal PSP-2000 Silver from the Daxter Pack. :PmY Beuty will not be sold, it will be a collectors item for me when the PSV debuts.

Keep it, it can play my umd games.lbjkurono23This. I've got a lot of games on UMD I don't really plan on re-buying
I don't have a PSP. I was seriously considering getting one until I heard about the Vita and that it will play all PSP games through download. And me not having a PSP means I have no UMDs. I have never even played a PSP. So even the PSP games will be fresh and new to me. That will work out well during the dry spells. I can just get some cheap PSP games while waiting on that next awesome Vita game.
Even if Gamestop offered me a $1000 credit (never will happen) I wouldn't sell it, I love my PSP, it's basically my PDA, that can do anything :) From gaming to watching movies :). I'm going to think about the Playstation Vita, long and hard :P, I wonder how the sports games are going to look :Drwallacefan
I get your point, but if Gamestop offered me $1,000 for my PSP I'd take the deal, and buy another PSP. Win, Win. I get a new PSP, and I still have 850+ bucks left. I just got a PSP Go for 112 bucks, so hopefully I can trade it in towards the purchase of a PSV for a good amount. If I can't trade it in for a good amount I'll probably just stick with it until the Vita drops in price. 250 bucks for a handheld still feels a bit much for me.
