Extra Usb ports?

Hey I've been having issues with not having enough usb's on my ps3 slim, and I just though of getting this

And I was wondering would this work on my ps3?

Slim has 2 ports. If you plan to charge a headset, 2 controllers, and possibly have extra devices like from Rock Band you need one of these. Rock Band 2 complete set comes with one of these.

Your launch Ps3s come with 4 ports instead of 2.

yeh ive got a luanch and i usually have one controller plugged in while the other charges n one slot for ipod

but ive had two go wrong now so am contemplating getting a slim

My ps3 has 4 usb ports. Sony should be making slims with 4 usb ports aswell
