Emotion Chip Model Numbers?

Hey guys.

I dont mean to ask a noob question, amd Im sure it is asked quite often; but my wiki and google searches have failed me...

I need to know the model numbers for the PS3s that have to emotion chips in them.
I know the are the old 20g and 60g versions, but I cant find the actual model numbers.

Does any one know, or can anyone help me?
