Dragon Age DLC doesn't work

So I got these 2 DLC codes for dragon age. The blood dragon armor and Shale. However,everytime I try to fill in the code, the game says i entered an invalid code. I'm a 100% sure I fill them in correctly. So how can I fix this issue?

You need to type the code in the game and you need to type as you see it hyphens and all.

The game is new.

I really did everything. Caps on/off, with and without stripes. no succes..

however,I did read something about a registration on the site itself and linking your account to it. But i cant find some specific explenation about it. somebody who can explain it?

Maybe this link will help you. A EA employee is directing to a helpdesk which you can call and then they'll guide you manually on getting your DLC.

I found another link of a other thread here on Gamespot. They're talking about the dashes. Be sure to make the dashes ( spatie in het Nederlands )!
