ask yourself... "What I want from portable gaming machine?" What the Vita offers has a great deal of potential to say the least being new tech. So far the against the 3DS (in 2D) the graphics are crisp by comparison. Double the touch capability as well as dual sticks and more than likely more processing power. If 3G is something may contemplate, in Australia (though I cannot clearly speak for the other models) the device is not locked to any one exclusive carrier. Is the price justifiable? It comes down to how serious you are about Vita. As for competition... I'd wait for the Razer to put Project Fiona into production. Until that day comes, Vita is in a league of it's own!

they will do those things eventually but you would have to wait. I could say i want a PS4 but i'll wait until the PS5 is out to get one because it will be cheaper and have had a redesign by then. Is it really worth waiting all that time to get one? If it comes to the point that you really want one then you will get one.
