Convince me to buy a PS3

As of right now i own a Xbox 360 and a PSP

The metal gear series is one the all time best series, we both know that but I still can't justify buying a whole system over 1 game.

Infamous looks like a fun gimmick, but it looks like it will get old quickly

I have no interest at all in Little Big Planet

So other than those what does PS3 have or going to get that Xbox does/will not?

For convenience, the first section has a list of all the notable PS3 exclusives with links to their Metacritic scores. The Metacritic site gives a weighted average or all reviews for a certain game, and gives you links to all the reviews.

After that, the thread gives you all the information you need to know about the PS3 regarding TVs, online experience, peripherals, accessories, Home, the XMB, etc. etc.

By the way, IboughtinFAMOUS yesterday, I've played for about 4 hours, and I'm having a blast.Thereis a greatvariety of mission types, a huge arsenal ofpowers/abilities (most of which are upgradeable),masterful controls, and a great story to boot.This game is definitely not a gimmick in my opinion.

Personally, I also love Resistance (Fall of Man and R2), Uncharted: Drake's Fortune, Ratchet and Clank Future: Tools of Destruction, and Ninja Gaiden Sigma. I'd recommend all those games to anyone with a PS3.

In all seriousness, you are asking about PS3. You really want one! You know the line up, you've seen the graphics, the blu-ray.

If the PS3 has games you are interested in then go for it if not then don't.

Oh Iforgot to mention you can easly upgrade the hard drive to at least 500GB using any SATA laptop hard drive as opposed tothe expensive max 160GB xbox only no choice hard drive that MS forces you to buy,Oh plus if you were to persist in using the 360 to play films ??Make sure your TV or surrond sound system is turned up high ???? Convince me of a good reason to convince you to get a PS3 when you already have access to every bit of information I could possibly give you. You have access to the same internet we do, use it. If you can't find reasons on your own to buy one, then don't.
