Does Call of Duty 4 have the rumble feature with DS3 and if not does anyone know if they will come out with an update anytime soon.

Yep he is right. No rumble is added because they said it is too late. Which is BS since launch games now have rumble.

Do you know exactly what htey mean by "too late" ? I don't think they necessarily meant that. I think it's more related to how much time they have now that they are working on the Variety Pack and possibly the next map pack after that. If they started earlier then they'd have enough time. Hence, too late.
That is stupid. Major code overhall? Please... Put it in when you fire a gun, when by an explosion, and get hit. That's bare minimum. Come on Infinity Ward, I thought you were better than that. :(
