Can I share DLC on two different PSN IDs on the same PS3??

Sorry if this has been asked before but I couldn't find a definitive answer.

My brother wants to start playing the Mass Effect trilogy on his PSN account, we use the same PS3. On my account, the master one, I have all the dlc for all the games. Now, the question is does he have access to those DLC's since he plays on the SAME PS3 or does he have to purchase to DLC's for his own account?

as long as your main psn account (the one holding the dlcs/digital games,online passes) is activated on your ps3 you can download your games/additional content and play it on any ps3 user profiles/psn nicknames you want , you can activate a psn account for dlc usage on two ps3 consoles in total , but any other users which are setup on your ps3 can use that dlc as well
