I think they had a tournament like vote on this in the past... I believe the gravity gun from Half-Life 2 took the crown... But Valve may have rigged the voting like they did with Gordan Freeman taking the crown as the best video game lead character of all-time by asking their steam account members to vote for Freeman...Swavo69420
i dont think valve rigged anything. half life 1 is my fav PC FPS of all time, and it spawned great sequels and spin offs(Team Fortress, Countertrike, opposing force, blue shift, TF2 etc...) not to mention valve created my fav FPS ever, L4D!!! I dont think freeman should won, but if mario one, too many people would be upset(even though he has a 25+ year history that not many game characters can though. and topic related....BFG from old school shooters is best gun ever.
