Backlog Anyone? :)

I probably have been complaining to my buddies for a while now that my Backlog is crazy. I have at least 20 games I haven't touched yet. (Dont judge me LOL) How about you?

At least that :lol: probably more like 40. I can't help but buy new games as they come out and don't have as many gaming hours a week as I need :lol:

I've played all the games I've owned, but have a few I haven't played much. That's usually because I don't like them. I don't even think I have 20 games on my PS3

I've got two I haven't started on yet, a handful I played for a bit and mean to get back to eventually, and a fair sized pile that I played for a bit and never plan to waste any more time on. Just because I bought it doesn't necessarily mean I count it as "backlog", some were just mistakes.

I've actually pretty much eliminated my backlog over the past year, mainly because the amount of new games I'm buying has declined sharply.

I probably have about 20 as well.

Lot's of games picked up from Best Buy @gamer coupons for $4.99 or $9.99... and they are still sitting there sealed in the case.

When I start a game I usually finish it, but I have a handful I need to get back to (by finish I just mean beat the campaign, I don't always bother replaying or going for trophies).

Lately I've been better and passed over a few appealing deals, just because even at $5 of $10 I'm at the point where I might never have time to touch some of these games. It was hard passing on Shadows of the Damned for $13.99.:lol: I might still grab that one if it actually does fall to $10 though, that's one I would move up pretty high on my "to be played".

This is funny. All of my friends call me crazy for having such a huge backlog. Most of them only play one or two games. This is comforting.:lol:

I probably have about 100. Steam and GOG sales have gotten me a lot of games in the last year. I gained at least 25 from the recent Steam Sale and still have not tried many of those. Some games I have gotten for free or in compilations that I didn't have much interest in.

My nose is constantly in the $10 bins, so I've got quite a few... The biggest problem, honestly, is that I'm feeling more love for my PS2 library backlog...

I own 321 games on my PS3 alone... I don't even want to count how many I haven't touched yet :P

I also have quite a back log. I have 25 games to beat and a handful of psn games to go thru. I want to get the ps+ stuff out of the way, because I don't know it I will be able to afford to renew my subscription. So, yes, I have a backlog. :D

PS3 only, mine is at around 20. All together, it's about 30. I can't seem to get through that many these days. I haven't purchased a game in almost a month, but haven't finished one in about the same time. I have hit one of my many lulls in gaming over the past 10 years.

I'm just going to guess

Xbox 360- 10 games own 2 digital borrowing 9 games = 0 completed

Nintendo 3DS- 7 Games owned= 0 completed

Nintendo Wii - 25 games own probably 10 completed or so not sure or less

PS2- 15-20 games owned and probably 5 completed

PS1- 15-20 games owned probably with only three completed

Xbox- 5 games owned 0 completed

Nintendo DS 23 games owned probably is half completed

Nintendo Gamecube 76 title think only half of them are completed or less then half. and Sega Genesis is also at 50+ or 70 something too with only a select few completed

PS3 71 games owned think I have 30 or 35 completed at the moment Digital games think is 10-12 with 4 completed I think not sure on that either.

Only including systems I've been buying games for or am playing currently. Not sure on Nintendo 64, SNES, GBA, GB, and GBC at the moment.

Plus I still end up buying games. Recently bought Spyro Shadow Legacy, Tales of Graces F, Horses 3D, Kingdom Hearts 3D, Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic, Blinx 2, Blinx and Panzer Dragoon Orta and will probably continue to buy more games as well.

Did recently complete Pokemon Black though on PS3 think last one I completed was Puss in Boots

I just bought about 60 games off the summer Steam sale. To be fair, most multiplats I have played on PS3/360 though... I haven't add me GBA/SNES library to it though, which would bump it up about 50.

2 actually, I'm "VERY" selective with the games I buys so my backlog list(if you want to call it that)is pretty small.

Hmmm, out of all the PS 3 games I own, I've finished maybe ten. Doesn't help that I'm getting another game tomorrow. I got a birthday coupon from Gamestop for 20% off a pre-owned game.

I've got loads way more then 30. Just going through DiRT Showdown at the moment and might head back to The Ratchet & Clank HD Trilogy.

I have a TON of them sitting on the shelf, games that I've only played once or twice just to see what they're like. Don't know if I'll ever get around to them all, especially when I keep buying new ones all the time.

Sadly, I've had a huge backlog for like 10 years. For me, it started in my PC days when I was hooked on strategy games which are massive time sinks. I put hundreds of hours into Heroes of Might and Magic and still never finish all the campaigns. My addiction to Starcraft online ate up most of my gaming time. I logged close to 10,000 online battles. lol The years flew by, and I found myself with PC games that I paid good money for which were severely outdated graphic wise, and too much of an eyesore to enjoy.

Now, I have about 123 Xbox 360 games and 80 PS3 games to complete. I do good to beat one game per month due to work and lack of free time. Strangely, I feel depressed by the lack of new releases this year though. lol

For Playstation 3 I have 6 games that I have not even played yet. So should make time to catch up on the PS3 backlog.

I have under a dozen: GoWIII, Heavy Rain, Dyad, Rainbow Moon, Trine 2, and Wanted for the ps3.

For my vita all that I have left to play and beat to platinum is wipeout 2048.

My really backlog is on my PC which grows substancially every steam sale. But I am just getting to the point that more games are getting out than going in.

Oh I have a ton, my fiance is really good at getting a game and finishing it before he gets another but me on the other hand.. I get and start a game, then get something else and get sidetracked then forget that the other game even exists for awhile.. then the whole having no time factor is the other thing not exactly on my side -_- ive been wanting to play catch up but the Olympics have been taking over my television for now... and I just got my ps3 so now not only do i have a huge stack of xbox games to finish but I have a small pile of ps3 exclusives starting!

More than it should be that's for sure. I think I have about 25 odd games to get around to playing either because I quit putting in the effort to complete it or haven't even touched it yet. Im working on narrowing the numbers down though. Haven't bought a game in months, giving me time to play catch up.

Nice thread. I also had a pretty steep backlog couple of weeks back but I've cleared it up recently. What's left in my backlog is LA Noire, LBP2, Spiderman EoT and Wolfenstein (got it for free). Currently trying to Plat a couple of games before going back to them

Yeah. Trying to Plat games has hindered my progress a little bit.
