Assassin Creed Unity good to play now?

Have the framerate and performance issues been patched out? Is it good to get it now.

I got my copy about two weeks ago, outside of the few occasional bugs (npc stuck inside the walls, etc) the game runs smooth and plays well. After all the numerous and hefty patches they got it working finally. Still, what a disaster during the opening few weeks of the release..hard to forget.

@Sokol4ever: Pretty much this for me as well but I had one or two game breaking glitches during the entire game - lets hope that we don't have similar issues with Syndicate...

@voljin1987: it gets a lot of hate that it doesn't deserve but it works smooth apart from the occasional frame rate drop which can easily be solved by disconnecting from the Internet

I got the game at launch and never really played it. I loved black flag but was turned off from unity. I forgot I even had it, I'll have to give it a go once I'm done with batman.
