What a shame, never leave a child under 12 alone with a console! Maybe the PS3 still under warranty.
Sorry to hear mate!
U better make his parents pay for the ps3! $100 my ass! This is an OUTRAGE! Make them pay another 100 on top of the 500!shadimoscouplos
100% agreed with you!
you should re-word to what you said to your cousin. You said "Have fun" so your cousin must of thought "oh okay I guess I can throw down the PS3 for fun"
Problem Solved
Did you give him a beating? I would have made hiss butt raw for that.unrealplaya55
i laughed at this for some reason
well technically you were responsible. c'mon the kid is 6 years old, what did you expect? thats why its called baby sitting!!! you are supposed to keep you eye on the kid at all times.
now granted that its sux and its unfortunate for you, but i you still are responsible
You should be thankful. Nothing happened to the poor kid... :|

NOW, seriously...
Babysit him again, steal and sell one of his kidneys and buy your PS3 back.
but how could a 6 years old kid throw down such a heavy thing like the ps3?DealRogers
just pull out the wires, BAM.
Earlier today, I had my 6 year old cousin over, his parents were gone and said that they'd pay me 20 bucks to baby sit him. Of course, I don't turn down free money. So, I sit him in front of my computer, and tell him to have fun. He comes down, and sees me playing CoD4 online, and he said he wanted to play. So I popped in motorstorm, and told him to have fun. I go up to check to make sure my computer is still in one piece, and as soon as I sit down to use my comp, I hear a loud crash. Followed by crying.
I run to the TV room, and see my ps3 on the floor, and the outside plastic cassing thing was cracked. I hooked it back up, and it didn't work. 500 bucks, wasted...His parents gave me 100 bucks, for what happned..But im still 400 short.. NOTE this is my friends ps3wwedx
HA!
Hell my 5 yr old even knows better than that. He plays rockband all the time when i'm not around(little bastard is halfway done with expert). Of course he's been gaming since he was 2 and i threaten his life all the time if something ever happens. Shoulda gave some ground rules man.

I feel sorry for you. I hope if i will have a PS3 it will not be destroyed by my brother. Because my dad said if he's going to buy a PS3 it will be for my 7 year old brother. I hope dad changes his mind because my bro already broke something valuable not just one but THREE. He broke one of my PS2 controller(replaceable, but a waste of money), copy of Gran Turismo 3(good thing when it broke GT4 is already coming) and my...:(...my NDS!!!!
DUDE!!! How THE F did he broke the PS3? The controller isn't wired!!! :| I'm glad my PS3 is in my room ! NOBODY AND I MEAN NOBODY IS PUTING A HAND MY PS3!!! :| MKLOL
ya im a little lost, was he for some reason trying to unplug it and ended up pushing it off of something?
'oh i bet i know what it was, he was looking for the eject "button" so he could play a different game...
he couldn't find the button
You should be thankful. Nothing happened to the poor kid... :|

100% agreed with you!
As do I. It would be the right thing to do on there part although you shouldn't have to ask. If the kid was in a store and broke something expensive the parents would have to pay for that so why can't they give you enough to buy a new one.
Tell his parents to pay you full price for that PS3! I don't care if they're on welfare. Either that or they should allow you to punch him 5 times in the face or something. Fair's fair.
No, but seriously here. He was your responsibility so they're not liable. They were generous enough to pay $100, I don't think you should hold them to this moment.
