why does my ps3 do this?

i can only give an example but i got 2k 13 the day it came out and when ever i would

play a game (or any mode) it would load for a extremely long time and then just freeze. but on my brothers ps3 it works just fine. i just operation raccoon city just the other day and the same thing happened. can anyone help me?

ps: those are the only two games that i own that do this. all the others work fine.

playstation always has these type of problems, and i bet anything the PS4 will. I suggest getting an xbox 360 or xbox one

maybe youre disc drive is going bad.
