Try using maximus cards (just google). Fantastic service and you get the code immediately in your email. You pay using credit.

SolarisJapan is a good one for JPN PSN cards. They don't have instant delivery like Play-Asia (it can take a few hours as someone on the Japanese end has to verify the purchase) but their prices are better.
