Ok so with the holidays and a little free time i decided to upgrade my sons ps3 with a bigger HD. i have done this before on mine and no worries. this time i got the drive in and everything hooked back together right. when i turn it on i am greeted with "plug a controller to a usb port and hit the PS button" i did this but it wont go past that. i have the system upgrade stuff on a flash drive but it wont let me get past the PS button. any clues? I have removed the new drive nad put the old one back in and the same thing happens.

If I were you I would start all over again, something along the process was not done correctly.

I took the drive back out and put the old one back in and it does the same thing "connect the controller using a USB cable, and press the PS button" all the lights on the controller are blinking.
