Ubisoft and PS4?

So, I was remembering... when I first played Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood and Revelations, 3 and maybe 4, they gave an "exclusive" DLC at release for people on PS3. Is this happening on the PS4 and future games? I've been thinking of whether I should get AS: U for X1 or PS4 (leaning towards PS4) but I was just curious as to whether or not they're still doing the "exclusive" DLC deal with Sony.
Also, does the DLC release on the Xbox sometime afterward? (I know this is the PS section but I feel like it's the best place to ask this.)
