Debating between a PS4 camera or a 2nd controller. Is there enough content in the playroom to justify buying the camera? Do any other games use the camera? Just trying to do my due diligence

Wait for the games before getting the camera.

I really hope the playstation 4 supports motion gaming.

No there's not enough content to justify it yet. The only reason to get it now would be if you plan to do streaming.

No, there isn't much to do with the camera right now. I doubt that there will be much support for it in the future anyway; optional peripherals are rarely supported by third-parties.

Bwetween the two, get the controller. However, you may want to pick up the camera down the road. I'm still using my PS3 camera.

I have it, and honestly aside from the facial recognition, there isn't really much you can do with it. I would probably pass for now if I had it to do over again, but I picked it up because I already own a few Move controllers.

I can almost guarantee some of the major first party games from Sony will be supporting it in the future. Unless they just released it to not support it? Anyways, I will be keeping my eye on it until something awesome utilizes it before I buy it.

@grand17:

Only if you want to video chat while playing online. The playroom isn't enough to warrant buying it in my opinion. At some point it will be more worth it to buy. Like if it was used with controls like The Move to play games.

I imagine they'll do more to push it, you'll recall from the launch Spike event, the team working with the camera wants to possibly push eye tracking.

There will be more for it and a lot of casual games will come for it for non gamers to try out and you can do cool stuff with the camera. You don't need it, but it's nice
