Uh no; unless your PSP is running an unauthorized firmware via homebrew, you can't run unsigned code on it, including viruses and adware.yes they can, and its really har to fix. If it gets like adware it will probably brick your PSP but there are ways of getting rid of it... but it might give your compouter adware or a virus so......
