PS3 Screen capture

How can you record PS3 gameplay? How the do websites such as IGN and Gamespot do so for example? I was reading how Black Ops has a video capture but you can only upload to the Black Ops website, and not youtube etc?

Basically you need a video capture device which hooks to a PC and records what ever video device plugged in. Lots of different choices here like USB, FireWire, PCI card, etc... Have a look at the link to see the different capture devices for an idea.

I use a Dazzle DVD Recorder capture card but that will only let you play and record in SD quality.
