Playstation analog sticks

After a few months of using the dualshock 4, i've finally come to the conclusion that the analog sticks are god awful. After doing some research I decided to put replacement Xbox One analog sticks on the Dualshock instead of just putting grips on. I was wondering if anyone else has done this and how they like it?

I'm the opposite. I think the Xbox one sticks are WAY too small and stiff. I think if u use grips, you will be good
