No option to download rogue legacy on the vita

I preordered rogue legacy before release and have been playing it on my PS4. However, I now want to put it on my vita, but when I pull it up on the vita store, there is no download selection. I'm not saying that the selection is grayed out, says it was already downloaded, or anything like that. I'm saying here is no box at all that normally appears for every other item on the playstationn store which gives you download/purchase options. Any idea what is causinf this and how to fix it

(and yes, I turned my system off..for a few days.. And came back and tried it again)

I'm not sure if it will work, but try downloading the vita version on the ps3, then transfer it onto the vita. You can use the cross save feature on any ps system so you don't need to make a new guy.
