It wont let me sign into PSN, is it down?

It just says Error You have been signed out of PSN. (8071OD36)

Planned maintenance is being carried out until around midnight maybe 1am.

Store and SEN accounts are not accessible at this time. Not sure about online gaming, I think you had to sign in before maintenance started to do so (according to Sony Twitter)

Check the Playstation/Sony website for updates.
