Is there any way to buy a Vita game from the US Store?

So there's this old PSP game I want to play on my Vita, Field Commander. The only way to do that is to purchase it from the US store. Problem is I live in the EU.

Is there any way around this?

US store wouldnt accept your credit card but you can buy playstation USD cash codes to use on a US account. But there are a lot of scam sites

You can only have a single account on your Vita. Your vita is tied to your EU account. So, getting a game from the US store just won't work for you. (You cannot play it on your EU account.) You can change your Vita's account, though. Google it for details.
