That's a good sign. Then again, it's IGN, and they tend to rate on the higher end. I'm going to be optimistic and say GameSpot will give it a 9. I look forward to playing the game regardless of what they give it, but I'm expecting overall high reviews for this game. Probably around a Metacritic average of 90.
I went over there and read the review. Then I proceeded to read the comments. Jesus Christ...I thought GS was bad. People were actually complaining about a 9.4. A F!@#$ING 9.4!!!!
Not too shabby at all. Awesome graphics! I didn't play Bioshock 1 or 2 but those games got great ratings as well. I will have to check out this series. I wonder if I can play part 3 without playing part 1 and 2.
Looking at the various reviews... It looks like easily the game of the year so far.

Yep, I didn't think the average score would be as high as it is right now, but I guess I shouldn't be too surprised given the first BioShock had extremely high ratings.
