how do you setup the multiplayer mode on the ps3

Well, first of all, it's not multiplayer mode, its the online setup for the PS3.

Second, be more specific on your problem. If it's just a problem with connecting to the internet, then we can't really help you there.

You need the internet... which you have.

Now you need the ethernet cable connected to the modem/router/gateway that you have.

Then, you do the setup.

How hard is that? O_O

First buy a wireless router. Then set up the router with the CD included instructions it came with. Then go on the PS3 to network settings. Click set up connection and go into auto installation. (Or easy method) It will scan and find your router. If you have security enabled on the router then put in the code and hit ok. Now it will connect and your done.

once you hook it up do you have to pay for anything else
