Has Battlefield 4's multiplayer been fixed yet?

I gave up on BF4 last year and sold it because of the rubberbanding caused by the carrier assault expansion. I have the premium pass & want to try the last two DLCs. Is the multplayer smoothed/fixed out now?

I tried it last december and it seemed to have 99% of the issues I had a problem with worked out. Best way to put it is that it now feel's like a finished product.

It feels pretty good at the moment. Just the occasional frame rate issue still occur but its certainly not game breaking
