If you have the little decoder box I think it only decodes 5.1 so if you fed it the dolbyHD signal it would down convert it to 5.1, I would have to research it some more to know for sure. Do not use super white no point in it. I use YCbCr 709 on my 360, full rgb is made for monitors but a lot of lcd tv's can support it. But if you use the tv for movies as well you might as well leave it on ycbr, if you put it on auto or full rgb the black level will be different for games and movies and u dont want to keep switching your tv settings. Dont use the extended color x.v. setting either.
