im getting a new laptop and its got an hdmi port, so can i plug my ps3 into it???????????
doubt it. most laptops only come with video outs, whether it's vga, dvi, hdmi. i've seen a couple media center laptops with video in.
the hdmi port means you're able to connect your laptop with a HD monitor/TV, you can't plug your ps3 into it.
