Are PS4s all the same?Im about to get one from Bahrain

you should be good to go.. the PS4 isnt region locked

The console is not region locked, the games are.

You get 1yr Bahrain warranty which is EU warranty, you cant expect anything if it breaks, you need to take it back to Bahrain.

Yes but its not EU warranty, its Bahrain warranty, so if it breaks, you CANNOT take it to any EU country, it MUST be taken back to Bahrain.

The games are different depending on region.

No they aren't.

You'll be fine, if anything the only differences I can think of is where they were manufactured. For example on the back of mine it has a Japan build date, where some were made in China. I don't think that really matters though on the grand scheme of things.
