Any Such Thing As Hack And Slash Online?

Is there a game like God of War or Devil May Cry on the PS3 that I can play online with friends? All the games I have that are online are just shooters like Dead Island, Goldeneye Reloaded, Black Ops 2 and Quantom Of Solace. I'm really tired of playing shooters online and would like to play something that I can grab a weapon and bash somethings head in.

In the next couple years plenty new AAA f2p mmos from Korea should satisfy you. Many were delayed since devs are using the Unreal 4 engine.
