a problem in the playstation store what can i do?

i buy a game in the playstation store on the ps3

but i don't see it in the download list

so i go in the game page and it say download i try to press it and nothing happened

so i try to download it from the pc and nothing i don't see it in there so i shere the game and it say buy it

so what is going on over here?

why on the ps3 is say download and on the website it say buy.... and it's already took my money so what can i do?
