What are the best mods for Oblivion?

I played Oblivion on 360 and PS3 before, but now I am getting the PC GOTY version which includes Shivering Isles and Knights of the Nine. I want to play Oblivion with the best possible mods available, but they shouldn't be buggy and/or extremely hard to install.

Any suggestions?

There's the Morrowind Mod - it requires you to have a copy of the original Morrowind disk though, and you'll need to completely remove Oblivion from your PC first. (Hnyuk, hnyuk :P)

Actually what you should go for is Oblivion Enchanced which is an 11gb package of the best mods out there. It includes graphical upgrades, the more advanced melee system, new monsters, spells...pretty much everything youd want in a neat package. Gameupdates has it up.
