i certainly hope not. im not expecting a warcraft RTS in the next 3-4 years or so... blizzard can make good RTS games and thats a fact, but i guess the next couple RTS produced just wont belong to the warcraft universe. blizzard must deliver games with good stories and would be difficult imo to make another warcraft RTS right now.
Most likely will be, no reason why it shouldn't. Ofcourse, Blizzard currently occupied with Starcraft 2, but hopefully after they will continue the Warcraft Saga because of Warcraft 3's success. Bear in mind that WoW is an entirely different genre and and bears no impact on warccraft 4 what so ever.
I think its gonna be similar to Starcraft II. They are gonna wait long time before announcement and even longer before actual game. Maybe next blizzcon they will say something.
