So just upgraded my system everything works fine until i install video card drivers then it boots the bios and the microsoft loading then it shuts the monitor down like its not there. I have Intel Core i7-3770 Quad-Core Processor 3.4 GHz 4 Core LGA 1155

ASUS P8Z77-V PRO LGA 1155 Intel Z77 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard

EVGA GeForce GTX760 SuperClocked w/EVGA ACX Cooler 2GB GDDR5 256bit,

I can then turn it off boot in safe mode and it'll boot up fine, but its getting really frustrating

I've tried installing 4 different drivers they have on the site and it does the same thing

It sounds like you did a massive upgrade without redoing windows and it sounds like you have a resolution mismatch issue.

Once booted into safe mode and with the latest drivers installed, try upping the resolution to see if any stay. It takes 10-15 seconds for the settings to stick and if it stays at new resolution apply it and restart. Once restarted allow it to start normally, and adjust settings if you need too.

Try a different monitor or HDTV.

Does it boots well without the GPU? I mean your MOBO got Integrated Graphics

Just plug your monitor to the MOBO and remove the GPU out of the PCI slot.
