top games with beautiful spells

i have been trying to find game with actually good spells i am sick of seeing a tiny fireball as a spell that suck your mp like crazy in YOUR opinion what is the top games with beautiful spells

Two Worlds 2, you can create and design your own spells. I can also recommend Magicka because there are so many different varieties as well.

Fable II and III have some cool looking ones but they aren't exactly original looking.

NWN 2 : MotB has very nice spells -- both look-wise and impact. For example :- A meteorite spell which throws chunks of rock down shaking the ground., spell which can summon a lower plane demon, spell which can turn enemies permanently into chickens etc You can look at the epic spells here : http://www.xfire.com/video/18ef3/ (oviously things should look much better when there are enemies around taking all kinds of damage)

I really liked some of the Spells in Witcher 2. But overal Dragon Age Origins

though its pretty much a dead & broken games final fantays 11 had some amazing spell animations. giant roses and shields made of cards and other really nice ones.

one for great spell execution and realism goes to guildwars. ritualists trance and shiver and flail. elementalists light up like christmas tree's and paragons proudly extend their wings and fly. no detail is missed in guildwars 1 in terms of visual preformance of a spell by a character. there is no glowing hands of generic spell A or generic olt of lightning B however spells are often casted so quick that you dont really see them as a result there are no skill video's which is a damn shame. but guildwars 2 has a pace more watchable. case in point.
