The Witcher 2 Mods and Imported Saves not working

I've had The Witcher 2 since launch, and with the enhanced edition out ans the fact that I haven't played it in 2 years, I decided to re-download it and give it another playthrough.

However, when importing my TW1 save file that has Raven armor in it, Geralt isn't wearing it at all. I also don't have my swords, it's just all default. Also, I used several mods back 2 years ago that worked fine. I reinstalled the 2 that I remembered: Zero weight and Return of the white wolf. While in game, Geralt does not have white hair, it's the default grey. I then reloaded an older save where I have a lot of stuff in my inventory to see if the other mod was working, and it's not, all the items have weight. I checked, people are all using these mods with the Enhanced Edition, so why is it not working for me? I installed them the exact same way as before.

Am I missing something here? Does anyone have the slightest Idea of what the hell is going on? It's really pissing me off.
