Ahg, I could never choose one. It's a toss up between Portal, Psychonauts, and The Curse of Monkey Island.

Portal wins it for me.

The cut-scenes from Armed & Dangerous are hysterical.

monkey island probably, in particular the governors mansion fight scene with fester shinetop and the cannibals trying increasingly elaborate methods to barricade you in the hut you keep escaping from.

some great one liners in there too. also at the end when guybrush realises hes forgot to rescue herman toothrot whose been marooned on monkey island for 30 years

I'm going to say world of warcraft... not because blizzard haven't made any attempt to humour us over the years but the simple fact that I have laughed enough times in the game due to other players.

Not a PC title but im sure some of you can aggree that conkers bad fur day was funny :)
