If you could pick one thing that you would want put in skyrim what would it be?

I just think being able to lock onto your targets would be a really handy thing. And I think Magic should be able to hit multiple enemies (not just with blast radius)

I want the animations to be drastically improved. We haven't seen the game in motion so I'm still worried about that. I hated running diagonally and looking like a fool. If they could get the animations to look like they do in Halo that would be great and if they got the animations to look like those in Read Dead Redemption that would be awesome.

Companions! Exploring Cyrodil in Oblivion would have been heck of a lot better with followers tagging along. Here's to hoping we see them in Skyrim!

OH...I take it back...what I REALLY want is mustiplayer...to be able to do the missions with friends online, but with the series history I doubt they will do that.

I'd like to see Morrowind-style transportation alongside an optional fast-travel.

Smoother animations and clean up the interactions between the people around. A merchant shouldn't be able to immediately identify something I'm trying to sell as stolen. A guard walking down the street shouldn't randomly pop into the house I snuck into yelling "STOP!" just because I made some noise. An old woman begging for coins shouldn't have a buxom young lass' voice when I come back to talk to her later.

it seems like theyve been working on a lot of the things that needed work from oblivion (graphical oomph to support the scope of their game world and leveling, for example). one thing they havent mentioned much of is character. the people in oblivion were bland more than they were realistic. one thing i loved about fallout 3 is how great the characters were. moira brown and president eden are 2 of my favorite characters this generation and they added an element to fallout 3's world that was absent from oblivion.

An upgrade from Oblivion:

- Everything or nearly everything hand-placed

- New lockpicking and persuasion minigames

- Better stealth abilities: taking out lights, bait/distraction, knocking someone unconscious, one-hit backstabs

- Better ability to charm/persuade NPCs (i.e. bard skills)

- More custom magic effects (beam, radius, multiple targets, etc.) with better AoE spells

- The return of missing spell effects from previous TES games: Mark/Recall, Levitation, Jump, Slowfall, Lock

- The return of missing skills from previous TES games: Axe, Spear, Long/Short Blade, Climbing, Backstabbing

- A more logical alchemy mechanic, along with more customization and ingredient types

- A full customization interface for clothing that lets you choose style, color and material

- New clothing types/slots: Headwear, accessories (jewelry, scarves, etc.), eye wear, underwear, etc.

- Far more hair types for all races

- Facial hair

...would be nice. ;)

To be able to make love to a beautiful woman. Prerequisite: characters that don't look like plastic bags full of offal.

Download a mod? There are atleast two good ones that not only change this but add a ton of new monsters, most of which are way more interesting than the original ones.
