Wherever I go, the NPC's are constantly telling me that my character "looks a little sickly" or "a little peekish" and saying "maybe you should go home and rest"

I'm just wondering what the hell they are talking about as it's getting annoying. Any idea how I can fix this?

Has your character slept with any hookers lately? jk, I just wanted to ask that question so bad for some reason :P But yea, your character has a disease. Happened to me a lot in Oblivion.

I am having the same issue. I didn't see anything about having contracted a disease when it happened or in any of my menus. I was fighting zombie skeletons but not vampires. Hopefully some information will be available soon. I don't want to die!

I'm a noob to Skyrim, but since you said you fought zombie skeletons, I'm guessing you went into that one temple near Riverwood? I don't know if those booby-trap arrows in that temple were poisoned or something, but if you got shot by them, then maybe that's why?

Since the game came out yesterday I think we're all newbs. ;) Yes, that's the place. I found this list that might be helpful to people. It doesn't say how to cure anything but I read elsewhere that temples can heal you so that's what I'd suggest. http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Diseases_%28Skyrim%29

Press TAB/Spells/Active effects and it will tell you what kind of disease you have.

How can you find out on the Xbox 360 version? I did see that I contracted a disease but it does not tell me which one for certain. I found a bandit carrying a cure-all tonic, though, so I'm good now.

if you go to the magic section and then the subsection called "active effects"(something like that) you'll see what disease you have and you'll need to go purchase or make a potion of cure disease

I went to a temple in Whiterun and clicked on this one thing to cure the diseases on my character. Going to something like that can cure diseases without buying potions or making them.
