Yeah... although I liked Morrowind's a lot more (not Oblivion-bashing or anything). Aside from the Morrowind theme, I liked a lot of the music from the Age of Empires games (and AOM), the MOH:Allied Assault theme song, and the music from Pharaoh.

Anyway, "Propaganda" is a great song from Beyond Good and Evil (A French Rap, sounds great). And because Metal Gear Solid was techically on the PC, I will say MGS Main theme from the third game in the series.

Agreed.

Though I loved Hell March from Red Alert. I have been recently immersed in Pegasus Bridge from Call of Duty, remember at the end of the american campaign where your in that house and everything is coming at you from all directions. Then the music comes on the battle gets worse and worse then the planes come in.

I agree, I really liked the Halo music, too.

There are lots I like. Hard to pick one out of. Supreme commander, hell march, bf2 theme, civ 4 theme, deus ex theme, most of generals/zero hour songs, stalker menu, far cry menu, BF2142 songs, unreal tournament theme, some hl/hl2 songs.

I'll pick deus ex theme today.

FIFA series has SO many good songs. They have Muse and The Young Punx in FIFA07. Oh, and this song "you are the one". Man I can listen to FIFA songs all day. FIFA06 had good songs too, and lets not forget Black Eyed Peas I think in the world cup game. (that I didn't get but saw at my friend's house).

My favorite is newer,I've gotten sick of the game, but the intro to Shadowrun plays a great song. It's called;

I have few favorites, my favourite overall soundtrack was in Need for Speen UG 2 with Spiderbait, Paul van dyk etc.

Also I loved the drum'n'bass song in System Shock 2 when in the tunnels on engineering level.

And of course the elevator music from System Shock 1 (you just gotta love that one, it's the best enviromental music in any game ever)

The entire lineage 2 soundtrack is superb and by far one of the, if not the best soundtracks for any PC game. As for best song, any of them are contenders.Sigleaf

I couldn't agree more, too bad the game wasn't that popular. I haven't played the game in years but I'll still listen to the music every once in awhile.

The main menu song from Rome: Total War (by Jeff van Dyck). Always got me into that ancient, Roman feeling, wanting to kick some barbarian ass..

I also liked the theme song from Civ4, I think it's called "Baba Yetu" or something like that.
