i would like to get vista when i upgrade my pc (end of the year) so i can utilize those dx10 effects, but im concerned about vista right now. So far it has alot of problems, compatability issues, and it makes games run a bit slower (which is the opposite of what they said) So does anyone know when vista will be running a bit better? Im just curious.
Unfortunately, SP1 was supposed to come out during the second half of 2007, but MS is now saying the service pack will be out in beta form by the end of the year. So, I wouldn't expect the "official" version until next year.
