Hi. So I have saved up £200 and would like to buy a new monitor. I've been playing on this (18.5" 1360x768 60Hz 5ms) for too long now.

My System

i7 920 2.67GHz

MSI GTX 760 OC Edition

6 GB RAM

I have enough space for a 24" but not enough for a 27" on my desk. Am really looking forward to playing at a minimum resolution of 1080p (higher if possible in my price range) and an overall better experience. I don't need speakers since I will use headphones but if they are in there its no problem either.

Mainly will be playing a range of games including LoL, Watch Dogs, Bioshock Infinite, Tomb Raider etc. and maybe some CoD or Battlefield. (not sure if this makes a difference). Other users may use photoshop or look at images and a swivel would be great to view vertically. Also I sit about 27inches away from monitor. Not sure if more information is needed?

I have done a bit of research and it seems like these are quite popular. Do you guys agree or is there another monitor that I should really consider? I'm not so sure which specifications are more important or which panel type is superior and so any advice or specific recommendations would really be helpful. Thanks in advance. :)

In price order:

BenQ RL2455HM

Acer H236HLBmjd

Acer S275HLBMII

Asus VS238H-P

Asus VN248H

Asus PB238Q

Dell Ultrasharp U2412M

Would these be worth the extra money? I'm not fussed about the 3D but they do have a higher refresh rate.

AOC G2460PQU

Asus VG248QE

Thanks.
